Soul Guides are encouraged to have weekly contact via phone one week, followed by a home visit the next week for a maximum of one hour…

Week One is a half an hour phone call check in, review of KISS goals, update on resources, sharing of information, and setting a plan to visit the client at home the following week. This call may be a brainstorming exercise to problem solve a difficult situation or any perceived obstacles or challenges. Soul Guides can assist by supporting clients to re-narrate traumatic events or provide an opportunity to share sensory enrichment techniques. There are infinite opportunities for positive engagement, upgrades, and refocusing opportunities in the call, so we focus our energy on these and behavioural strategies to enhance our lives and our vibration…

This phone call could be offered to the main carers, parents, personal support team, and professional team, if the client doesn’t yet have the capacity to participate in this process. Ideally, we seek our clients input first, as it is their life journey!!!

Week Two is a home visit for up to one hour at a time. We are conscious of effectively using time with our clients. We value our own time and those we serve. Fortnightly home visits are all about encouraging movement, connection to the earth and community, and evolution. Many of our clients in the disability sector have secondary physical health issues in addition to significant mental health issues. Therefore, we believe in organic wellness. Movement, breathwork, meditation, yoga, sunshine, clean water, hugs, clean eating, and developing positive community spirit.
